Overall Job Objective (Purpose)
Role: Front line seller, Executioner of the company and distributor plans, Trainer of the merchandiser
Responsibility: Sales executive is responsible for reliable coverage, selling volume, achieving RPS distribution and merchandising, executing initiative, and building goodwill in the distributor’s market.
Responsibilities
- Reliable coverage
- Sell volume, distribute, initiative execution, shelving and meeting call and productivity targets.
- Plan, execute, and maintain quality coverage to maximize business results with the lowest cost.
- Accurately report in a timely basis in-store results, financial reports, competitive activities, drive/initiate results and volume results
Requirements and skills
- Graduates in any discipline (Engineers not preferred)
- Not more than 2-3 years of work experience
- English & Fluency in local language
- Key Criteria: Persuasive Communication skills, lower middle class (needy) background, negligible power of influence, non-unionized environment, Age not more than 28 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of RPS of availability
- Ensuring achievement of RPS of visibility through Merchandiser
- Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area
- Regular coverage of the stores
- Delivery of conceptual selling plans
- Excellent planning execution of the promotions in his area
- Delivery of preferred supplier status for the distributor through execution of company plans
- Records and reports
- Collection and settlement of the accounts receivable
- Collecting and providing the competitor information
- Train the merchandiser on shelving, visibility and merchandising
- New product launch
