Overall Job Objective (Purpose)

Role: Front line sales leader for a defined territory. Executioner of the business plans, Training resource for his/her Re-sale team (Sales executive & Merchandiser)
Responsibility: Sales officer is responsible for business plans delivery and sales fundamentals results for his/her team (team of Sales executives & Merchandisers) and assigned territory/area, responsible for quality execution of Initiatives. In addition he/she is responsible for identifying development areas for the Sales Executives, preparing a training calendar and imparting in-market/ class-room trainin.
